Methodology

How we compare AI assistants

These pages are opinionated product comparisons from cutGPT — not a lab study. We use the same dimensions everywhere, cite primary sources, and date-stamp verification.

Disclosure

cutGPT / ZStack Capital LLC publishes these pages. We position cutGPT positively because that is the product. We still state when a rival is the better specialist (for example Perplexity for citation-first research, or Duck.ai for privacy-first anonymity). That honesty is intentional.

Shared dimensions

Chips (not fake scores)

We use qualitative chips — Best in class, Strong, Available, Limited, N/A — instead of invented 9.7/10 ratings.

Update cadence

We refresh when cutGPT shipping features change (rewards, import, multimodal) or when a rival’s public pricing/positioning clearly shifts. Each page shows a last-verified date (currently 2026-09-03).

Sources

Each 1:1 page links official product URLs and cutGPT policy pages. Pricing snapshots are approximate consumer tiers and should be confirmed on the rival’s site before purchase.

Editorial standards

Compare pages follow the same accountability spirit as our guides. See Editorial standards and corrections. Request a correction via Contact.

Trademarks

All rival names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Icons are sourced from each product’s public site favicon / app icon for identification. cutGPT is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
